Answered Prayer #11153
I started my walk with God 5 years ago. We lost our son In October 2009 and in an instant, life was thrown into turmoil and I went to a very dark place. After being on medication for depression and just not wanting to be here or caring, my other son was then diagnosed with M.S in June 2012. He had become a Christian in 2010 and he gave me a bible and I started asking questions. I literally got to my knees one night and cried out like never before, confused and angry…. “Why us, what had we done?” I then felt that I needed to go to church and went a few times. I desperately pleaded with God to help us all and BANG the healing process started with ALL of us. My Husband is now on his walk with God and in a better place and much love goes to my son as I am so thankful for that Gift of a bible. It turned my life around and I wouldn’t be who I am today and where I am today if it wasn’t for my saviour … He’s still working through me…. but what a father….my greatest love.
